Can you guarantee my full deposit is returned?

We can guarantee the ‘cleaning part’ of your deposit is returned- you pay the deposit to cover a few possible factors for example unpaid rent or damage to the property, which is obviously out of our hands. We can guarantee that you will not be charged anything further for the cleaning of the property.

How do I know the clean will be to the standard my agent is expecting?

We work with most of the well known Estate Agencies in the City; Thornley Groves, JLL, Reeds Rains, Reside, Belvoir…to name a few. We will do the exact same job for you as we do for them. We will also issue you a receipt for the clean which you will need to provide to your Estate Agent. Don’t forget, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Why is it cheaper to book online with you than what my Estate Agent is quoting me? Is it the same clean?

When you leave it to your Estate Agent to organise they will most likely charge additional fees which can be anything from £20-£100 on top of the clean, a bit like airlines charging you £35 in ‘admin fees’ to print off your boarding pass. By booking the clean through our website you are avoiding paying these fees. It is exactly the same clean as we’d do if your Estate Agent called us and booked a clean on your behalf.

I have left some stuff in the apartment, will this cost extra?

We would need to see the number of items and sizes before making any decision on pricing to be removed. In most cases we can remove a fair few items without any additional cost to you.

There are some light bulbs out, stains on the carpet and mattress and the grouting around the bath needs resealing, is this all included?

No unfortunately not. Our prices are based on what we charge Estate Agents for a straight forward End of Tenancy Deep Clean. For extras like this we can have a chat with your Estate Agent or we can have a look when we visit the property. If something needs doing, we’ll come back to you with a quote. We will not charge any labour costs, just the retail price of the product in the shop.

Are your cleaners fully insured?

Yes, you’re in good hands when you choose Cloud Cleaners, all our cleaning team are fully insured.

What happens after I have booked online?

You will receive a confirmation email of your booking and one of our specialist cleaners will come and clean your property when arranged.

What if I need to change my booking?

Not a problem, just email our customer service team via customer.service@cloudcleaners.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.

What if my property is a house?

No problem, just give us a call and we will be able to give you a quote.
